Bats at the Library

All ages (children, teens, and adults) are invited to meet bats from around the world and learn why they are so important to ecosystems and to you.  Please register here.  

This program is funded by a generous donation in memory of Marilyn Alexander.  Marilyn was a supporter and friend of the library, both individually and as president of the Friends of the Library for many years.  You may read more here.

Books and Bites
6th - 8th grade

Books and Bites for 6th - 8th graders will be held monthly.  Read the selected book before book club.  During book club, you'll discuss the book, have snacks, and participate in an activity or craft related to the book.

You'll have a "behind the scenes" look at how books are selected, ordered, and prepared for check out at our library.  Then you'll contribute to the teen book order for this month.

Game Day

Saturday, November 4
10:00 - 12:00 - all ages
1:00 - 2:30 - 6th - 12th graders

Invite your friends and come by the library to play Wii games, board games, and card games.  Registration is not required.  Just drop in to play.

We also have some of our games available all the time in our teen area.  Stop by with a friend to play any time the library is open.
