National Library Week

Unlimited Possibilities @ Your Library

National Library Week is April 12 through 18.  We'll celebrate beginning April 12 and continuing through the end of the month.

Discover the "unlimited possibilities" our library has to offer you and enter our prize drawing when you:
  • Check out a book, magazine, movie, CD, or audiobook from the library.
  • Read a new magazine in the library.
  • Borrow an ebook or audiobook.
  • Attend a program.
  • Purchase an item (book, audiobook, movie, book bag, or mug) from the Friends of the Library sale at the library.
  • Donate books or movies to the library.
  • Explore a website or database from the "resources" tab on our website.
  • Watch an animated book on BookFlix.
  •  Explore our genealogy room.  See historical photographs of Milan, newspapers, yearbooks, and more.
  •  Explore resources in the library - our interactive globe, puzzles, youth computer games, or internet access computers.
  • Look up a topic of interest in an encyclopedia or other reference book.

You may enter the prize drawing once each day for each resource you use.  For example, if you check out 5 books and 2 movies and watch books on BookFlix, you may enter the drawing twice that day:  once for checking out items and once for watching BookFlix.

Prize drawing entry slips are available at the library for using resources in the library and here for using online resources.
